Join or Donate
By becoming a Friend, you will be making a valuable financial contribution, as well as becoming a part of a growing community of individuals and families who deeply care about the future of Sun Rising.
In addition to the other events that take place at Sun Rising, you'll be invited to attend our AGM. At this annual September gathering, you'll hear about plans and developments within the charity and for Sun Rising as a whole, and have an opportunity to contribute your own ideas and views.

How to Donate
There are many ways that families donate money to the Friends:
- a one off donation by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer - let us know and we can tell you how.
- an annual or monthly direct debit, over and above the £10 annual subscription.
- a collection made at the funeral of a loved one, often in lieu of flowers.
- instructions that a collection should be made at your own funeral.
- a legacy or gift left in your Will.
You can also donate online via Paypal with a debit or credit card (you don't need to join Paypal to do so) - just click Donate below.
We are always enormously grateful for all that is given to the Friends, each penny adding to the long-term security of the site as a burial ground and a nature reserve.
